Dear Jake,
It has been three weeks and you have not written us a letter. I understand your anger at us for admitting you in the hostel but believe me soon you would enjoy it. The first thing you should understand is keeping yourself healthy, because mother will not be there to take care of you.

In the hostel, it may happen that you may study late night. Avoid doing that. Complete your studies on time, and go early to bed. Only enough sleep can make your day. One of the ways of keeping yourself fresh and fit is to go for early morning exercise or some ground sports. Be a part of recreational activities. They help in relieving us from the stress.

I know, people get addicted to noodles and other fast-food in the hostel. It will not only increase your fats storage but also make you feel dull. So, have healthy food.

Mother is also worried about you, but I have promised her that I will help you in keeping you healthy, fit and fine even in hostel. We all miss you a lot. Hope that after receiving this letter you would be alright, and would reply us back.

Yours lovingly,
A B C

To
The Commissioner
Pune Municipal Corporation
Pune

Dear Sir,
Congratulation on your posting as the Commissioner of Pune Municipal Corporation! It has been such a great thing to see that you have started working urgently upon the different issues. But, I would like to focus on the issue of illegal street food vendors on M G Road.

Sir, M G Road is always a crowded place. People come there for roaming around and for street shopping. The numbers of illegal street food vendors have increased a lot. These food stalls are not hygienic at all. The oil they use for cooking food is not good. Most of the time, people eat food without realizing the health aspect. It has been found that people have been suffering from many illnesses after eating such food stuff.

Sir, it is a kind request to have a license and quality check of these food stalls. It may that just to earn some money; people may sell anything to eat. As a responsible citizen, I request you to take immediate action in this case.
Thanking you in anticipation.

Yours sincerely,

A B C
